    The apartment boasts a cozy living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city`s rich heritage.

    Enjoy stunning distant sea views & soak up the Mediterranean breeze from the comfort of your own Maltese balcony.

    Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.

    The city`s strategic location provides breathtaking panoramic views from various points, including Upper Barrakka Gardens, overlooking the majestic harbors and neighboring towns. Valletta also hosts numerous cultural events, art exhibitions, and music festivals throughout the year, adding to its lively and dynamic atmosphere.

    With its rich history, picturesque streets, and a bustling yet relaxed vibe, Valletta offers visitors a truly immersive experience in the heart of Malta`s cultural and historical heritage.

    While walking is the primary mode of transportation within Valletta, the city is well-connected by public transportation, including buses and ferries, making it convenient to access other parts of Malta from the main bus terminal at the city gate. Buses departing from Valletta serve various destinations across the island, allowing for easy exploration beyond the capital.

    For those renting a car or using private transport, it`s important to note that parking in Valletta can be challenging, and certain areas are designated for residents only. Visitors should carefully choose parking spaces or consider nearby parking facilities to avoid fines or towing. Several parking areas and garages are available on the outskirts of Valletta, offering safe and convenient options for those traveling by car.

    Additionally, ridesharing services and taxis are also accessible within the city, providing another convenient way to travel short distances or reach specific destinations.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    - Shower gels
    - Liquid Soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

    8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

This is a clean, quiet, nicely appointed flat with a spectacular view of Sliema and the harbour. Out of the crowded downtown but only a short walk away. Right beside Fort St. Elmo and the National War Museum. If you want to stay in Valletta this is the place.
