The spacious outdoor area also offers guests the opportunity to barbecue. The ground floor flats offer a very large, furnished terrace. The flats on the upper floor offer an equally large, furnished balcony.
The flats (all equipped with 2 bathrooms: each with washbasin, bidet, shower and WC) are spacious and have a garden and, depending on the location, either a furnished terrace or a furnished balcony with sea view. The 4-room flat offered here can accommodate 5-6 people and consists of 2 double rooms, single room plus lounge with double sofa bed (type L plus) All accommodation is of high quality and tastefully furnished in Sardinian style and fully equipped.

The Residence Solevacanze, like our holiday homes Sa Fiorida, is nestled in a beautiful landscape in the village of La Ciaccia (Valledoria) in the centre of the north coast near the village of Castelsardo (a small town dating back to the 11th century). Due to its quiet but central location, there are many things to do in addition to relaxing on site.
Enchanting beaches of fine sand, pebbles, shells or rocks, which invite you to swim, as well as numerous excursion destinations in the still unspoilt, picturesque countryside, visits to charming and interesting villages and pre-Christian cultural monuments guarantee a varied and relaxing holiday. 400 m away is one of the largest and most beautiful sandy beaches in northern Sardinia. The main town of Valledoria is 3 km away and offers numerous shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, specialist doctors, supermarkets.....Both in La Ciaccia and in Valledoria all facilities are open all year round.
