Best Western en Valle superior de Ottawa

"Rooms and shared areas were moderately clean. Curtains in our room were a bit torn up and to get them to close I had to fix up where they hook on to the actual window a bit. Chairs in the room were old and a bit stained. Bathroom was alright. Swimming pool area was clean but pool itself was a bit dingy not horrible. Front desk ran out of towels for the swimming pool so we couldn’t get any. We have a four year old and there wasn’t really anything on the room service menu for a kid which is fine...

"This is our 3rd time one night passing through staying. Easy parking. Staff was definitely 5/5. Emma at front desk when we arrived was outstanding. We were well received, very impressed. Our stay included breakfast which was a sit down individually served, very good. Our room was clean, quiet and good size (except bathroom very small). It was comfortable. Great pool and outdoor terrace area. Will be coming back next time. CJ"
