Private bathrooms for each of the bedrooms makes this a great choice for larger groups.However, if you are coming with more than one vehicle, parking is a challenge since the alley way parking pad will only accommodate one vehicle (you have to share with other property), and parking in front of the home is restricted to permit holders.
