"This so called Residence does NOT PRIVIDE the basics like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap/gel! The lobby sofas are covered with old dirty cloths!

There is no refund on skies, boots and ski pass if you get injured, even after doing what they tell you to do, hours later they say you needed to get an insurance that they never mentioned before. They are not right in front of the bus stop, more like 7 mins going up and down a hill that with big suitcases, is tough!
There are hundreds of better places all around Tignes 2100, 1500 and Val D Isere all with ski lifts and Gongola access, all much better than this crappie place!
