Hoteles románticos en Valle de Saas

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

"Ls estancia fué muy agradable, el servicio muy amable , el desayuno delicioso y una ubicación excelente. Definitivamente volvería!"

"A bit old, needs an upgrade. I will say a 3 star hotel. Friendly staff and good location"

The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was...

Topline… the place is well past its sell by date and the interaction with the hosts - Saas Holidays - wasn’t great. On arrival we had our apartment number on our booking and told the concierge on the phone. He said that he didn’t have the booking reference so as long as we had the number on our...
