"Very very comfortable and welcoming. Wonderful amenities- down to the welcome basket compete with coffee pods and goodies! Comfy beds and plenty of thick towels. CELIO was uber responsive and we would stay here again if we are ever in the area. A great bargain ! My only comment for improvement would be a handrail on the other side of the steps upstairs "

"This rental was exactly what myself and my family needed. Directly on the beach making days at the beach so easy with our children(ages 1, 4, 6 & 12)Listing was exactly as described and the house had many little details that were very helpful such as seasonings and creamers. There are stairs to get up to the shared yard/common area and beach; which made it a little difficult for us with having a handicap child that uses a walker and wheelchair but we made it work. "We and our dog stayed in the small one room suite. It was very clean and had everything we needed: a kitchen, a private bathroom, a very comfortable bed along with a dog bed! The location is in the heart of charming Newburyport yet quiet. We will be back. "

"My daughter had convention in Lowell so we stayed in Nashua the drive convenient not too bad. Better than Singing in the big city. The one bedroom studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Listings say sleeps 4. I would say a family of 4, a couple and two young children. Two adults and two teens would definitely be a challenge. Coffee was great, I’d recommend salt and pepper shakers and possibly seal or repaint the balcony door. White rubbs off when you touch it. Other than that excellent...
