"This is an excellent VRBO-style property. The house is old but has been completely refurbished with modern appliances and electronics. There were only two of us and we had the whole house with a spare bedroom for dressing and full living, dining and kitchen spaces. There is a small backyard patio and a full front yard, both with furniture to sit quietly and enjoy the surroundings. There are 4 restaurants within a block and dozens more 10 minutes (1/2 mile) away. Check in and out are easy...

"This little cabin was perfect for my stay. Clean and comfortable with a great kitchen bathroom and bed. The sheets were memorable for being so soft. If you want to stay in Baywood you wont be disappointed. One more thing they followed up to make sure everything was ok which I appreciated."

"The property was well appointed. The hot tub was welcomed after a long day. Plenty of room for the four adults that stayed there. The property was also set up very well for those with dogs. We did not travel with ours but if you do, it will be nice. The treats and wine were a nice touch. The Owners were very kind and accomodating. They kept in touch and answered our messages quickly. We plan to use this stop again."
