"Shante, the host, was very nice and easy to work with, and she made a genuine effort to address our needs. The property itself is beautiful, very well maintained, secluded, and mostly private. The manor is well appointed.However, there were several issues that impacted our stay. There was an ongoing ant problem in the kitchen and the main bedroom’s en suite bathroom. "The property including bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen etc, are beautiful and really great. The location could not be better for all of the wineries on Dry Creek and Westside road. "Swimming in the river was the best part of the trip. Bring your water shoes; there are rocks and I almost lost my sandals three times . Bring an extra fan for the tent. If you are in a tent; bring a portable umbrella for the outside. Our bench was not covered by the trees most of the day and the sun was strong.

"A perfect, cozy spot just minutes from downtown Guerneville. We lucked out on beautiful weather for the weekend and then rain arrived our last night - listening to the raindrops while we sat creekside was just as idyllic as we’d hoped. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely setting. Excellent coffee is provided. The kitchen has the basics for cooking but nothing for storage and no paper goods/spices so you literally need to bring everything you need. The stairs to the sleeping loft are tough. Very steep and you need to crawl to the beds but they are very comfortable! Regardless we would still return again."
