"We enjoyed our stay, however three nights seemed a little unecessary. The food at the restaurant for every meal got a little tiresome and the size of our room made comfort tricky for a family of 3. The hot springs are lovely and parking was easy."

"Even that I told I bought my lift tickets before coming to the hotel, they charged me the amount of lifts of every day that I stayed. That’s absurd and I complained to them, however I needed to drive to Calgary and I was running out of time. Other thing, when we checked up, they told us that the luggage would take 2 hours to get to the room, and that’s another lie, because of that we took our luggage in to the mountain, the other luggage came as the same time as we did, it aweful to be like...

"We knew this would be a no- frills place with a shared washroom and communal kitchen. However, I did expect to have a reasonably warm shower and electricity. We had neither. They only put on the generator intermittently (are we in a war zone?). Nice young girl greets us, but otherwise no staff seen. She mostly seems to sit on the porch on her phone. Place feels abandoned. So to be fair- pros: beautiful setting, close to Yo-Ho, cool old building, with LOTS of potential, bed reasonably...
