"We spent the July 4th weekend at this charming place. It was exceptionally clean and has a very well stocked kitchen. You won’t need to take anything except your food and drinks. The front porch is delightful for drinking your morning coffee. It reminded us of my wife’s grandmother’s front porch. Our dog loved exploring the front yard which is completely fenced. The host was great at communicating with us. A great place to escape for some quiet time or Chapell Hill’s July 4th parade."

"Eric and Deborah made our visit fantastic! The cottage was very clean, smelled fresh and the welcoming fresh squeezed orange juice went quickly. The 2 bedrooms were ample, cutely decorated and had good beds. The covered porch made for a true country experience. We saw 2 does and 2 fawns while enjoying our coffee under the covered porch. The breakfast muffins were delivered hot and were tremendous! We very much enjoyed the welcoming attitude of Eric and Deborah and would highly recommend...

"We have family from Ohio visiting and they were so excited to stay at an actual fixer-upper house. The house had Apple space for six adults and three children. Each room had the cutest little freestanding tub and shower. For the bedrooms are on the second floor. One is on the third. There was ample parking for four cars. it was a great way to spend our Magnolia holiday."

"The home looked similar to the listing photos, although there was more clutter on the dining table and kitchen counters than pictured. The beds appeared clean, but the overall cleanliness of the home was disappointing. The master shower had shampoo residue and someone else's hair on the shower and bathroom floor. We also found nearly a dozen dead cockroaches throughout the house, along with evidence of live ones. The floors were visibly dirty, with dirt, crumbs, dried spills and crusted residue,...
