"We had a wonderful small family/friends gathering to celebrate a family members birthday. The property and home were perfect for all ages to enjoy. The indoor pool and game room were a big hit and the accommodations for those who stayed over were very comfortable. An added plus was the privacy and wooded nature of the surroundings. "It was very clean and a beautiful home, with a nice big yard surrounded by wildflowers. Some glass tables and breakable items makes it probably not the best home for young kids. My tween and her friend loved it and thought it was very chic. The tv on the deck outside was a cherry on top for them. Two minor suggestions to the host - add a towel rack or hooks for shower towels to dry. Also instructions on how to lock the door in the informational email would have been helpful, but the host was...

"This is our second stay at Maria's property. We love the location to the quaint town of Croton-on-Hudson, other towns in the vicinity and NYC. The apartment is nicely appointed and had everything we needed. It was a nice touch to have coffee supplies available since we had a late arrival and could not grocery shop until the next day. Maria is an excellent host who makes sure all is going well with your stay. Thank you Maria. We will be back. "

"Family and I stayed only one night. The house was well-designed, clean, and comfortable. It has really pretty views of the surrounding areas. Location is quiet, private, and peaceful. We ordered dinner locally and picked it up and had a great evening of family time. Recommend this place for a perfect getaway from the City. "
