Deep in the Ahrntal, surrounded by forests, meadows, streams, and mountains, you’ll find the two Silva Apartments houses. Our family-run accommodation welcomes you warmly, offering a cozy yet modern retreat in the heart of the Ahrntal.



Our apartments in St. Johann are spacious and furnished to highlight the natural beauty around you. Natural materials create a comfortable, secure atmosphere, while thoughtful décor reflects our passion for hosting and attention to detail.



Take a break and relax! In our holiday apartments with sauna and whirlpool in South Tyrol, you’ll find the relaxation you deserve. The small wellness area, sunny lawn with whirlpool, and barefoot path ensure your stay is truly rejuvenating.



Nearby, you’ll find a selection of shops, a supermarket, bakery, and ski rental—all just a short walk (about 200 m) away. The Skiworld Ahrntal ski areas are 4 km away and easily reached by ski bus. The bus stop is just 50 m from the house, with public transport running every 15 minutes.



A washing machine is available for guests to share. One dog per apartment is allowed, with a deposit required upon arrival. Due to allergies, cats are not permitted.



Parking at the house, bed linen, and towels are included.
