Deep in the Ahrntal valley, surrounded by forests, meadows, streams, and mountains, you’ll find the two houses of Silva Apartments. Our family-run accommodation welcomes you with warmth, offering a cozy yet modern retreat in Ahrntal.



Our spacious apartments in St. Johann are designed to highlight the natural landscape around you. Natural materials create a sense of comfort and security, while the loving decor reflects our joy in hosting you.



Take a break and unwind! Our holiday apartments with sauna and whirlpool in South Tyrol offer the relaxation you seek and deserve. The small wellness area, sunny lawn with whirlpool, and barefoot path turn your stay into a true feel-good experience.



Nearby, you’ll find a selection of shops, a supermarket, a bakery, and a ski rental—all just a short walk (about 200 m) away. The Skiworld Ahrntal ski areas are 4 km away and easily reached by ski bus. The bus stop is only 50 m from the house, with public transport running every 15 minutes.



A washing machine is available for all guests to use. Each apartment allows one dog, with a deposit required upon arrival. Cats are not permitted due to allergies.



Parking at the house, bed linen, and towels are included.
