"Our stay at the Greenhouse Villa was perfect to say the least. The house was incredible, beautifully decorated, exactly as described. There was plenty of room for my family of seven. The grounds were gorgeous with so much family history. Paolina was the perfect host, she helped us plan a pizza party on the property along with her very own gelato quiz. It was the perfect evening. "Wir waren auch dieses Jahr wieder für unseren Urlaub in der Villa Moiacchina. Auch dieses Jahr war, bis auf das Wetter, alles wunderbar. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich. "La villa est agréable, bien située pour découvrir le lac de Côme et dispose d'une vue epoustouflante dont on ne se lasse pas. Tout semblait reuni pour passer une bonne semaine de vacances entre amis. Au bout de 2 jours nous decouvrons que le lave linge ne fonctionne pas , puis le lave- vaisselle tombe en panne. "Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa!"

"What an awesome time!! The property was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were very well kept. I was able to swim in Lake Como. The water was cold but it was so hot it turned out to be very refreshing. The hosts were amazing and they always answered the phone and got back to us if we had any questions. The inside was very nice, balcony was beautiful. Crazy views! We will be back maybe when it’s cold this time. "

"The Villa was well stocked and plenty of space to lounge. It has an amazing view from the deck! Also a large two car garage, which seems to be rare in Como. The road out front is busy and tricky to navigate but there are mirrors on the street to view the traffic and traffic guards to help. It was a 5 minute walk to boat dock and I would highly recommend the classic wood boat tour.
