In the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, between Mauriac and Riom-es-Montagnes, this semi-detached cottage with independent single-storey entrance is set in an old Cantal barn. With us, it's a holiday in the great outdoors with both feet on a volcano!
Nestled in a small mid-mountain village, you can practice hiking (Col d'Aulac, Vallée du Mars, Puy Mary, etc.), fishing (lakes of Trizac and Menet, Sumène and Mars), cross-country skiing and snowshoeing (cross-country skiing centre in Falgoux) and swimming (lakes of Trizac and Bort-les-Orgues). You can also discover the richness of the built heritage: circuit of Romanesque churches, visit of buron, castles of Auzers and Trémolière...
This cottage has a private enclosed plot below the cottage with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. On the first floor, kitchen area, living room with convertible bed for 2 people and flat screen TV, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200, shower room, separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (height under beams 1.82m). Wi-Fi internet access. Electric heating according to consumption.

Cleaning deposit €100. Gîte deposit: 250€.
Entry into the gîte at 6.00pm.
Minimum 3-night rental for a bridge weekend.
