"Didn’t read no aircon in unit. Awning outside main bedroom terrible with rain hitting it. I was awake almost all night with how loud the awning was. Couldn’t close windows cause no air flow. Couldn’t use dvd player cause the player was so old a cables didn’t work. Had to go the shop a buy new aux cable to be able to watch dvd. No Netflix for kids. Fridge did not keep food or drinks very cold even set on highest cooling setting. Under couch bed an tv unit were no clean. Cleaners must just clean...

"The bar area in the pool could get fix and start getting used. It is that area that is the face of the resort after all in all your advertising."

"Spacious, quiet. The door to the balcony didn't lock. The spa bath didn't work. There was no door to the en suite. Check in/check out times are good, kitchen was great with everything you need and no problems during stay - so still a win for a short stay."
