The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming house with a heated swimming pool for rent in the commune of Valensole. The house has a surface area of 250 m² on a 20-hectare property and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 90 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 2,500 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor
- A 90 m² living room with sofa, TV, bar, grand piano, and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A 15 m² mezzanine with library
- A 90 m² dining room with bar counter and foosball table
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, TV, etc.
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190), an open-plan shower, toilet, and sink
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink

On the first floor
- Bedroom 3: with a king-size bed (180x200) and a desk
- Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a TV
- Bathroom with shower and bathtub, double sink and bidet
- Separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, plancha grill, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- A private, heated 10 m² swimming pool from May 15 to September 15, secured with an alarm and a protective cover
- A beautiful 2,500 m² private garden
- A terrace of over 100 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Valensole, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the house.

- Manosque – Gréoux-les-Bains train station 9.3 miles away or Aix-en-Provence train station 46 miles away (about 50 minutes by car)
- Marseille-Provence Airport (MRS) 46 miles away

- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet is allowed per stay. Please specify when booking.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
