Apartment 2 rooms for rent for more than 10 days with free parking.

Check in anytime very late at night is NOT a problem, if you don't have another choice. So, guests will be always well welcome anytime.
The apartment is located in the center of Valencia and just 5 minutes by tube or by bus from the Valencia old city. Located in Olivereta district, in a quiet street, where you'll be able to find without any problem free parking around. You will love my place because of its cosiness, location (Zone 1), transport links (buses and underground) are only 2 minutes from the apartment. Lines 3 and 5 of the underground will take you directly from the airport to the apartment or to the same city center or, even to the beach (to the famouse Malvarrosa beach or Arenas beach). There are only 2 stops from the apartment to the the city center.

It´s located in an interesting neighborhood with cafes, supermarkets, bakery, big market -market de Castilla (where you will be able to find fresh vegetables, meat, fish and more). And, also, you´ll enjoy walking and buying in the big street market that celebrates every wenesday just downstairs the apartment. On the other hand, if you feel like looking for more fun you can go to the big Turia´s store center, which is only a few minutes walking, and where you will be able to find all kind of shops and brands, cinema and a big supermarket store (Carrefour). Biopark is also a few minutes walking from the apartment.

Modern and Stylish apartment. It is on the 5th floor of a building with lift. The apartment has everything you need to make you feel as comfortable as you were at your own home. My house is good for couples, business traveleres, families with or without kids and groups of friends.

The apartment has a large, bright open living room with a balcony, where you can eat, wath tv or use my own computer with internet. WIFI is provided for the whole apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped and great for coocking. It has has a sitting room to eat and drink. The kitchen has washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and everyting necessary for coocking and having meal.

Three charming, comfortable and quiet bedrooms can be taken for 6 people:
1- a double bed.
to single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed.
3-bedroom ......... has another two single beds, whose can became also only a single bed.
* BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED.
* Plesase, note it is a 5th floor flat on a quiet side street, just of main street, excelent location and good night sleep.

Please, read some important house rules:

- Check in at 16:00 pm.
- Check out at 11:00 pm.

- Late check in fee - 30 euros (for arrivals after 23:00)
- Late check in fee - 50 euros (for arrivals after 1:00)

- NO LOUD MUSIC and PARTIES (please, respect my neighbors).
- No smoking.
- No other guests other than authorized by me.
* If any of thouse house rules were broken, I shall be entitled to request the guest and the rest of people with him / her to leave the apartment without the right to claim any king of compesation. And if the neighbors have to call the police, I will have the right to request to all the guests to leave the apartment without any refund.

- Feel free to use kitchen facilities if you wish to (Clean after yourself please).

This apartment is located in the center of Valencia and you only need 4 or 5 minutes by subway or bus to reach the old town.
There is no problem in arriving at the apartment very late at night. Guests will always be welcome at any time of the night.
Subway lines 3 and 5 will take you directly from the airport to the apartment (Avenida del Cid stop) or to the city center (Xativa stop), even to the beach itself (the popular Malvarrosa and Las Arenas beaches, comfortably In just a few minutes.


This modern and stylish apartment for 6 people will make you feel as if you were in your own home because of the practical, cozy and silent. Equipped with everything you need for maximum comfort, both
kitchen (all kinds of utensils, condiments, cleaning products, etc.),
bathroom (soap, shampoo, dryer, towels, etc)
 and bedrooms (bedding, etc)
Located near the center, in the Olivereta neighborhood, in a super quiet area and with a lot of free parking area if you travel by car. It has bus and metro lines, just two minutes away, which will take you to the area you want in the city, so if you don't feel like walking to the center in just 15 minutes.
You have multiple supermarkets where to shop: mercadona or consume.
Just 2 minutes away is the Castilla market that from Monday to Saturday and where you can buy the freshest products from the Valencian garden from vegetables, fruits, meats, sausages. So the different fishing stalls that offer you a wide selection of fish from the Mediterranean Sea that bathes the Valencian coast.
If you want to go shopping or to a large commercial area, you have the Gran Turia shopping center just a few minutes from the apartment, where you can go to the cinema, buy in the various stores and clothing companies, eat in the various restaurants or fill your shopping cart in Carrefour.
The subway lines will take you directly to the center in just five minutes or to the airport or the beach for a few more minutes, with the comfort of not having to make any type of transshipment.
