Cozy apartment of more than 40 m² located in the heart of Poblats Marítims, one of the most charming neighborhoods in Valencia, just a few minutes walk from Malvarrosa Beach and the Cabanyal neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants, cafés and all the services needed for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation has capacity for up to 4 guests and is designed to offer comfort on leisure and tourism getaways, ideal location to enjoy Valencia, especially this summer.

Upon entering you will find an open-plan space that integrates kitchen, dining room and living room in a bright and functional space. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenware, dishes and everything necessary to cook during your stay. It also has a washing machine and ironing equipment for added comfort.

The seating area has a comfortable sofa bed for two people and space to relax after a day enjoying the beach or discovering the city.

The apartment has an independent bedroom with double bed, quality bedding, wardrobe and everything needed for a restful night's sleep.

You will also find a full bathroom, equipped with shower, towels and courtesy amenities for the first days of your stay.

For those traveling with family, we provide guests with a baby crib, making for a more comfortable stay with the little ones.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before each arrival to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and comfort.

The apartment is located in Poblats Marítims, one of the most distinctive areas of Valencia, where maritime tradition, neighborhood life and proximity to the sea create an ideal environment to enjoy the city.

Just a few minutes walk away you will find Malvarrosa Beach, a wide sandy beach perfect for walking, practicing sports, enjoying the Mediterranean or tasting local gastronomy in the numerous restaurants and terraces of the seafront promenade.

The area offers all the services needed for a comfortable stay: supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, cafés, bars, restaurants and local shops. The nearby Avenida de la Malvarrosa has a wide variety of establishments and provides a lively atmosphere throughout the year.

One of the main attractions of the surroundings is the proximity to Cabanyal, Valencia's historic maritime neighborhood. Its characteristic colorful-fronted houses, its modernist heritage, its markets, its gastronomic offer and its authentic atmosphere have made it one of the most emblematic and visited neighborhoods in the city.

In addition, the apartment is located approximately 4 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, one of Valencia's main icons, accessible in about 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike or around 25-30 minutes by public transport.

Mobility to the rest of the city is easy thanks to the numerous bus and tram lines that connect the area with the historic center, the City of Arts and Sciences, the port and universities. Valencia's historic center can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by public transport.

Poblats Marítims is a consolidated, safe and highly appreciated residential area by both residents and visitors. Its quiet atmosphere, the constant presence of neighbors, families and tourists, combined with its excellent service offer and connections, make it an ideal location for those wishing to combine beach, culture and urban life during their stay.

You can easily reach the property by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station is La Malva-rosa - Fuerteventura, just 3 minutes walk away.

Barajas Madrid airport is 35 minutes' drive from the property.

Check-in at this property is self check-in with smart lock. You need to have a smartphone with battery and internet connection; no physical keys are used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your arrival, once your check-in registration is complete.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bag. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the house if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking.
