The 2-bedroom apartment with terrace Flats Friends Torres de Quart is an ideal accommodation for families and groups. The building has a total of 6 apartments, so there are no crowds. The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. The Flats Friends Torres de Quart apartment has a simple and cozy decoration and can accommodate up to 6 people, as it has a double bed in one room, two single beds in the second room and a double sofa bed in the living room. Cotton sheets and towels are included, as well as wi-fi connection and access to a private terrace on the top floor with excellent views of the city of Valencia. The apartment has a hot/cold air conditioning unit in the living room and a ceiling fan in each bedroom.



The apartment is located on Valencia's Turia street, one minute from the Torres de Quart and very close to the city center and the IVAM and MUVIM museums. It is perfectly connected to numerous bus and metro lines and there is a supermarket 25 meters away.



NOTE: For bookings involving multiple apartments and for groups of guests under 25 years of age, the security deposit will be €400 per apartment. This will be refunded if the apartment is left in suitable condition (tidy, undamaged, etc.) and if we do not receive any noise complaints from other guests or neighbors in nearby buildings.
