"Everything went well, but the cleaning cost seems a bit high and at no point during the booking process I was aware of it. It came as a surprise after booking was confirmed. I felt that this is a bit dishonest and just a money grab! "

"Simply tragic: The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!). Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.). The shower was more like a garden sprinkler way past its expiration date. Internet was non-existent. The heat in the apartment was coming and going at random times, making it impossible to maintain a constant temperature. The check-in link did not arrive on time. The bed was not flat. "This hotel set the example that all others should follow. It will be hard to stay at another hotel and not think back to how they pale in comparison. Florian was amazingly friendly and a lot of fun to talk with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The morning breakfast they prepared was delicious and beyond all expectations. Sinaia is beautiful and this hotel is the crown jewel to top it all off. "

"Incredible views, peace and quiet in a rural out of the way location. Very romantic and private. It does not have the A/C, if it’s important to you, but the temperature in the mountains is cooler than the rest of the country and you may even find yourself reaching for a sweater in the evening when outside. Great hiking, biking and horse riding available in the village. Breakfast is plentiful (and included) made of a daily local meat and cheese platter, country bread, vegetables, and fresh eggs....
