This place looked good online, but in person it’s a disaster.Kitchen-no forks, no dish towels, no toaster, nohot pads, no wine glasses, no ice(empty ice trays in freezer), coffee maker smokes when plugged in, rusty stove. Bathrooms-no bath mats, no shower curtain liners, no soap, no hand towels, rusty trash cans, rusty sink,hole in wall behind door, possible mold under sink, electrical tape under shelf, bath towel in toilet upon arrival. No sheets for 2 futons. Vent in hallway floor crushed in. Glass shade in living room cracked. Large stains on curtains in bedroom near back door. Upon arrival at 6:30, yard man was cutting grass and blowing off front porch. We had a 4:00 checkin.I have pictures of all these things. DON’T RENT THIS PLACE UNTIL ALL THESE ISSUES HAVE BEEN CLEARED UP!!

We had a,wonderful experience. The host was so quick to answer all of my questions. Check in was easy. The house was absolutely beautiful and so clean. It was a safe neighborhood and close to everything. I highly recommend this place and i would stay here again.

This Property was advertised to be Private and Peaceful Home in Valdosta Near Everything. We found the property to be very private and near everything. However there were issues with cleanliness, communications, and peacefulness.Let's start with cleanliness, there was a pair of men underwear left in the 1st BR and in 2nd BR two pillars smell of human unwashed hair and did not seem as if they were changed from the smell of it. Otherwise the rest of the home seemed to be cleaned and in order.Next I will address peacefulness. The 1st night there were two cars driving by the property very slow between 10 pm and 5 pm and as they drove by the light was shining in the windows of the bedrooms. I could hear the noises of the street and unidentified noises through out the night which cause me to not be able to get a good night rest. The curtains in the bedrooms are thin so any light that is present will shine into the room. The cover on the beds are basically very thin sheets. Blankets are not offered by the property! However, Beds were comfortable.Communication was good the first day. Next day we had emergency, the CARBON MONIXIDE ALARM went off at night. Tried to contact host several times through different methods, NO RESPONSE from host was attempted until the NEXT DAY. Fire department was called and we packed up our stuff and LEFT IMMEDIATELY since we felt UNSAFE staying at property. Host was very unresponsive!!NO REFUND HAS BEEN OFFERED! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!!

My cousins and I really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and welcoming. The house was in a nice residential neighborhood, had a two car carport and a lovely front porch with rocking chairs. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Lando.

Very Extremely Comfortable

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The homey and cozy atmosphere was something I genuinely looked forward to returning to each day. I especially loved the softness of the furniture and beds – that was a huge highlight. As my first Vrbo rental, this was an amazing experience, and it certainly won't be my last!

Muy buena localizacion, anplia casa y muy comoda. Al tratar de entrar tubimos problemas al entrar ya que el codigo de entrada que nos dio el anfitrion fue uno erroneo y tardaron en contestar. Esperamos aproximadamente uno 50 minitos hasta que nos abrieron la puerta. Todo limpio y organizado, aunque el olor a humedad era muy desagradable, pero resolvimos con aromatizantes en spray. Unos de los baños no tenia agua caliente, un lavamanos con mucho moho y la nevera no enfria corectamente. Se que con unos detalles y mejorar algunas cosa, por las que pagamos como clientes estarien en los mejores alojamientos.

The stay was ok. The house wasn’t clean as it supposed to be plus there were no broom or mop. Along with no dish rag. The sheets in the back room with the lie and white comforter the sheets has stains on them. Overall it was ok
