Villa Manu and Dave

Our recently refurbished detached house is situated in a quiet residential area just a few minutes’ walk from the charming Provençal village of Valbonne on the French Riviera. It is conveniently situated 20 minutes’ drive from Nice airport, and only 15 minutes from the sandy beaches of Antibes and Cannes.

A lovely entrance porch welcomes you, and leads you to a fully fitted kitchen opening onto a dining/living area.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, gas cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and an extensive variety of kitchen utensils. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and a large fridge with freezer.

In the spacious and bright dining/living area one can find a large TV, DVD player, Netflix, Disney Plus, WIFI, and board games are available.

French windows open to a south-west facing terrace and garden and to the saltwater pool (4x7meters).

You can relax on the terrace beside our saltwater pool, have your meals on the covered patio and have a refreshing aperitive in the comfortable outdoor seating area. Outdoor facilities include a barbecue, garden furniture, badminton net and a ping pong table. There are several areas in the wrap-around gardens where you can relax and soak up the sun.

In our house you can find 4 bedrooms (3 with air conditioning installed) with possibility to sleep 6 to 8 people:
• 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and air conditioning
• 1 bedroom with a single bed (80x200) that can be transformed into a double bed (160x200) and air conditioning
• 1 bedroom with a large double bunk bed and air conditioning
• 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm)

You can find a full bathroom with jacuzzi and color therapy and a half bathroom with shower. In the drive way, at the entrance of the house you can park up to three cars. There is also covered parking for one car.

The location of this villa is perfect for touring and exploring the local area. Valbonne village (less than 10 min walk) has many lovely shops and restaurants and there is a weekly Farmer's Market on Friday morning from 9am to 1pm. The historic village of Biot is situated 10 minutes’ drive. It is known for its glass blowing. In this area you can find Marineland, the biggest aquapark in France. Many Golf courses are only 5 to 15 minutes’ drive away (such as Valbonne, Biot, Cannes, Mougins, Sophia Antipolis, Le Rouret, Opio, Grasse...). Several forest and river trails are all within walking distance from the house.

Please note that young children will need constant supervision around the pool and patio area.
