Between Rodez and Conques, in the middle of the vineyards, on the "route de Soulages", come and enjoy the charm of a local stone mansion dating from 1860 and tastefully renovated in 2023.

In a hamlet, quiet, come and enjoy a weekend or your holidays in this haven of tranquility.
This cottage can accommodate up to 15 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Opening onto a terrace with swimming pool and brazier, you will be in front of a magnificent view overlooking the Ady valley.

You can enjoy the salt pool, heated in May, June and September and unheated in July and August (the pool is not accessible from October to April).

From September to June, you can enjoy the jacuzzi which is located on the terrace, under a shelter (closed in July and August).

The entrance courtyard is equipped with an electric vehicle charging socket and can park 3 cars.

The house is on 2 floors (first floor and 1st).

It opens onto a large terrace, the swimming pool (4x8m, 1.5m deep) secured by a roller shutter and the jacuzzi (5 places).

Outside, you can also enjoy a very large table under the shade of two large chestnut trees as well as sunbeds, deckchairs and a brazier (1m circumference - Jupiter Brazier by Simogas).

- 1 master suite with 1 shower room (1 bed 160 & 1 bunk bed 90, 1 sink and 1 shower)

Please note that bed linen and linen are not provided - you must bring your own.

Duvets and pillows are available in large quantities.

End of stay cleaning: 150 €

Payment of tourist taxes on arrival.

1 basket of wood offered on arrival (7-8 logs for 2 fires) - 10€/additional basket

We can also rent the cottage for meetings, seminars or business cocktail (within the limit of 15 people).
