"THE UNIT IS LOCATED IN A BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD, WITH LOTS OF RESTAURANTS , CAFE AND CLOSE TO TRAIN STATTION. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WAS A CONSTANT NOISE AT THE UNIT THAT MADE US LOOSE HOURS OF SLEEP. IN ADDITION, SINCE THE BEDROOMS ARE UNDER STREET LEVEL, THERE IS TOO MUCH HUMIDITY FOR A HEALTH STAY. A TECHNICIAN WAS REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE NOISE AND ARRIVED, ONLY TO FIND NO SOLUTION. AGENTS RESPONSE WAS NOT AS QUICKLY AS NEEDED.."

"Location was amazing. Plenty of space for an extended family of 9 to sleep and spread out. Close to groceries, bakeries, restaurants,Public transportation, and sightseeing. Communication with the host was always timely and helpful. Would definitely come back and recommend it to those with larger groups who want a good location with which to explore the city. "

"Sophie was great at answering inquiries! The place had great finishes and was beautiful. This is in the Grand Boulevard district. There's familiar comforts like Starbucks or American restaurant like Indiana, but also great local places. We enjoyed the location. The few negatives were lack of toilet paper, some issues with ac, and the metro was noticeably close. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and would recommend staying here."

"Overall this property served the purpose that we needed. We had six in our party and needed four bedrooms, The bedrooms had no place to put your luggage other than on the floor. The Stairs to get to the fourth floor flat was horrendous with luggage for two weeks from the west coast of the US . Cannot emphasize enough, the stair are steep, many steps (tall ceilings on every floor.) Get your cardio in and don't skip leg day. pretty good location to see Notre Dame, Seine river, many restaurants,...
