Best Location EVER!!

Despite spending time in Vail during “mud season”, we had a ball. The location of this property cannot be beat - you’re in the middle of EVERYTHING. We parked our car on Thursday & didn’t get it again until Sunday. One note: while it lists the hot tub as private, it’s shared with all of the other condos in the building.

Amazing location, condo fully stocked

The location is outstanding! The condo has super soft bedding, fully equipped kitchen, free laundry room and hot tub on the same floor…elevator in the building.The kitchen was truly stocked up with anything you need…Nespresso, coffee, spices…..cleaning supplies, laundry detergent.I will definitely recommend this condo to all of our friends headed to Vail.

Great Location

The location could not be better - amongst shops and restaurants. As well as a 5 min. walk to Gondola 1 for convenience. The living room and kitchen area was comfortable and updated. Plus, we had a nice partial view of the mountain to watch skiers!The down side was that the bedrooms were very dated and the 2ndbdrm was super small. We also had issues with the heating system. All 3 units have to be on the same mode and it still wasn't great. The beds were both very comfortable which made up for the other stuff. Again, perfect location!!

Great Location!

The condo is in the heart of Vail Village above Sweet Basil and Mountain Standard. Perfect location! Nice to have AC during an unusually warm week in July/August. Definitely would stay there again. My only complaint would be on me. I misread the listing thinking there was a washer and dryer in the unit but it did clearly say that there was as a laundromat nearby. We found a work around.

Great clean property, excellent location and easy to access etc. Only issue we encountered was the assigned parking spot, too small for a full size SUV. The ceiling is definitely too low for luggage/ski rack for Yukon/Sub/Caddy full size.

Great location; quirky building; needs updating

The location is great. You are right above the Lululemon store making it an easy walk to Gondola One. The condo shares an elevator with two restaurants so the kitchen staff is often on the small elevator with you. The condo was clean and spacious but in need of updating. The furniture, carpet and rug are worn out. Front door and master bedroom handles falling off. No instructions for where to store skis or operate A/C splits. The hot tub is down the hall - not attached to the condo. You don’t need an alarm because the trash pick up wakes you at 6:45 am daily. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not book again at this price.

Vail ski weekend

The property was great for my wife and I. We struggled to find the location once at 193, but after going through some doors we found it. The location was great and the restaurant Sweet Basil was outstanding! It’s a bit hard with Uber since they can’t drive on Gore Creek. It was a short walk from where they can drop you off. About a 5 min walk to the gondola.

Wonderful Vail Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo We spent 3 nights here The condo is in a great location right in the middle of Vail Village walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants The condo has a beautiful view of the mountain The 2 bedrooms were very comfortable The parking spot under the building was very convenient The hot tub felt amazing after hiking and biking When we did have a question the owner was great in getting back to us I highly recommend staying here

Great Central and Comfortable Stay in Vail

Fantastic location in the center of town overlooking the Pedestrian only zone with a private indoor parking spot and elevator straight to the Unit. Extremely well-equipped kitchen, nicely furnished, tons of fresh towels and comfortable beds. Easy walk to the gondola and great restaurants of Vail. When back in Vail we will definitely stay here again.
