Gorgeous Home; Perfect for Ski Vacation
My family of 5 and I stayed in this home for a week long ski vacation. The pictures do not do the home justice--it's even more beautiful and spacious in person. The location was perfect--close to Lions head and Vail, and very close to the grocery store. The kitchen was great for cooking--we cooked breakfast and a few dinners and it is well stocked with everything one would need. It has a heated garage, which is perfect for storing ski equipment overnight, without cluttering the house. And the living room and t.v. is well suited for family movie night after long days on the slopes. The home is also well stocked with games and puzzles, which my kids enjoyed.

Very pretty home in lovely area but a few improvements could be made: House had a lot of cracked dinner plates, cups, etc... Shower curtain in quad room fell several times bc did not have correct hardware. Shower in lower queen room did not drain correctly. House farther from lift than anticipated based on presentation on website.

Picturesque Chalet
The home had plenty of space for our family and the decor and cleanliness was perfect. The snow removal plows came daily as it snowed for three days straight (need an all wheel drive car to get up snowy hill). Only 7min from Eagle Gondola and right near a supermarket. We would definitely stay again.

Great property
We had a group of 7, 3 teens and 2 couples. Beautifully laid out and plenty of space for all of us. Very well stocked kitchen including spices and knives that actually worked!!!! (Rare at most VRBOs). Brian was quick with a small need and everything was impeccably clean. Great stay, good location, grocery at bottom of hill and 10 minutes to ski parking. Highly recommend!

Excellent place! Very clean and spacious
The property was really cozy and clean; the kitchen was well equiped and beds were really comfortable. We were a group of 8 friends (all adults) and we fit perfectly in the house. The house is a 10 min drive away from Vail village , where you can find restaurants, bars and ski resort. If you don't have a car, you can call a taxi or a uber, which will cost around 20 usd the ride.

Quiet Getaway in West Vail
Perfect 3 bedroom condo for 5 adults. It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. We had breakfast and dinner there every day. It is up a bit of a windy road and is west of town. It's ideal for those who don't want to stay right in Vail Village. Note that there are no restaurants, shops, etc. that are in walking distance. This property requires a car. Person who slept in the room with the 4 bunk beds did mention that the mattresses were way too soft and not good for anyone with back problems. We enjoyed this property.

We are happy to provide the exact address to any guests prior to booking so they know the exact location but you are correct in that this one is in West Vail :) We will take a look at the bunk bed mattresses and replace if needed. Fantastic!!!
I met my family there from all over the country to celebrate my son's 30th birthday and it was fantastic. I want to thank the owners of the property the opportunity to share in such a great environment. It is as beautiful, clean and comfortable as the pictures, close to shopping, close to town, close to trails and other fun activities. It was very quiet and completely stocked with everything you would need. Great Weber grill we used several nights. Only suggestion, instead of an ottoman on the deck, replace with a table for outdoor dining or a gas firepit to enjoy the crisp cool Colorado nights and stargazing! would certainly return to this property.

Great Vail Getaway
Property was great for our family vacation. The large living space upstairs allowed us to enjoy our evenings together playing games and socializing. Brian was very responsive to a minor issue we had and got it taken care of immediately. House was well stocked with games, kitchen items needed, etc. This was our first trip to Vail and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ski Vacation
The house is about a10 minute drive to the Lionshead Parking Garage and there are 2 grocery stores 5 minutes away. The neighborhood itself is very quiet. Nice! Overall the house was well equipped and comfortable but could use some more TV's. There is only one which is in the great room. Lastly I rated communication with the owner as a 3 because I could not submit this without an answer. The reality is we had no reason to contact him. NA should be an option for that question.

The perfect house for a perfect getaway
We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It is perfectly located in a quiet area yet only few minutes drive away from shopping centers and Vail's main parking lot for skiing. Great ski weekend
Really nice, really big! nice Place, neighborhood etc. Needs a hot tub and a bigger bed in the master (tiny sqeaky thing). Loved the trip, Vail doesn't really have thier act together with the whole delivery grub hub thing. We planned on ordering in mostly.. covid.. but not many options, had to venture out.

Amazing Place
Great location, great space for family and friends. Minor issues but Brain and the handyman fixed them pretty quick. Overall, this house is a great place with a garage to park your car. I HIGHLY recommend this location and can't wait to come back!!!

Family Ski Trip
We traveled to Vail to celebrate our 32nd anniversary with our grown children. The house was perfect for us, plenty of room for 5 of us. Kitchen stocked well as we prepared breakfast and dinner each day. Great location to ski Vail and Beavercreek. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great place to have our kids come stay with us!
Management was on it. House was tidy and clean on arrival. Great kitchen as we cooked most dinners at the house the kitchen was well appointed even for myself (I’m kind of a kitchen snob). Basic but everything you’d need. Made homemade biscuits for breakfast yesterday and didn’t find the rolling pin until accidentally last night. It was in the laundry room 😂 that’s ok I used a wine bottle. I didn’t expect a rolling pin at all! Hummingbirds everywhere. A squirrel we named Meyham was very chatty and was everywhere in the garden- he was entertaining. Our son brought his off-road Jeep and there were lots of fun places to take that close to the house. Our cousins happened to be In Breckenridge for the week and the house was great for an afternoon gathering. It’s very quiet zero traffic noise except an occasion truck going up the road behind the house. Plenty of privacy. We live overseas so the precious time we have with our four kids stateside is so important. I’d stay here again.

First time to Vail
Nice place. 4 baths is great. Very comfortable. Family of 4. First time to Vail. Many times to CO in winter and summer. Road was a bit tough for running and biking from the house. It’s a mile on a steep road. Overall, it was fantastic. Love the back porch.

Beautiful home, great location
The home is as pictured. It’s been very nicely renovated and is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a big variety of games and puzzles. The ovation is just a short drive into vail village.... for our summer visit it was great with the north trail head at the end of the street. Grocery store is at the bottom of the road... very convenient. My only suggestion is some throw blankets in the family room.

Home away from Home
Can not say enough great things about this property. We absolutely loved it! Cozy and quaint. While the setting is quiet surrounded by trails, all the necessities are at the end of the street! Not to mention... the next door neighbor has an amazing hummingbird garden ... literally... tons of hummingbirds right out the kitchen window. 5 Stars from our family...We will DEFINITELY come again!

Nice big unit with a few issues
The unit was not very well stocked. No Kleenex, no extra pillows, no extra towel in baths, no wash clothes, no laundry detergent(I was told to start a load of towels before we left) and they only had a Keurig coffee maker which was fine, but only was stocked with 4 pods. I had brought my own coffee, but couldn't use it as there was no regular maker. The master bed was like sleeping on a brick. I like firm beds, but this was really, really hard and I woke up with a stiff and sore neck and back everyday.

Hi Andrea, I am sincerely sorry you had this experience during your vacation in Vail. I have addressed the issue of the shortage of supplies with the housekeepers and they are extremely apologetic if there was a shortage. I do appreciate you bringing this to my attention as we take pride in stocking our units with the correct amount of supplies. Next time you stay with us, please contact us immediately so I can take care of any/all issues. Perhaps our instructions were not clear enough on the Keurig coffee maker being the only coffee maker in the unit. I will make sure it is in the future. As for the mattress, I have let the owners know about the firmness and we have already ordered a new mattress. Again, thank you for bringing this to my attention. Best Regards, Brian
