Overall met our needs. Unit is older, could use some upgrades, no view although a stream is nearby. Shower is dangerous—no bath mat or grab bars.

Perfect for closing weekend at Vail

Nice condo off of S Frontage Road. Close to the mountain and grocery shopping / liquor store. Would stay there again!

Cleanliness was a huge issue. Everything smelled like Febreze or something similar, including the towels in the bathroom. Oven was too filthy to use. On the upside, the bed was comfortable.

Great Stay

It was a perfect stay for a three day ski trip. I was on my own but the property could've easily handled my wife and I. A second couple would've fit, but it might've been awkward with the sleeper sofa in the living/dining space. But I'm a skibum from way back and it could've worked. Location was convenient to a free shuttle bus to the Vail transportation center and then an easy walk to ski lifts. Super easy to check in and out and the local support team was very prompt in responses to my messages. I highly recommend it for a couple looking for a ski trip who don't need to stay in the glitzy downtown Vail scene.

Great spot!

Spent the weekend in the mountains for a friend's wedding in Minturn and got to have fun in Vail. Clean condo just off the highway and close to grocery store and other conveniences.

My husband's birthday trip to the mountains

Overall the condo was good. Our issues were that the TV did not have any local channels to watch football, so we had to stream Peacock, but would only work on the bedroom TV. So to watch Sunday and Monday night we had to sit on the bed. One of the reason I booked this condo was to sit outside and listen to the creek. But the patio does not look out at the creek, the creek is at the end of the building about three units down and could not really hear the creek. Patio seemed a little dirty. Other than that, it met our needs.

Great location

Disappointing

The unit is depressing. The kitchen appliances and cabinetry need to be updated. The tub does not function. The instructions on the wall indicated that the fireplace was out of service, which was extremely disappointing. When we called number provided, the woman we spoke to was very nice but did not seem to be familiar with the unit. As it turned out it did work but perhaps others who stayed here were never aware of that. The ice was not cleared from the access path until we called to express concern.

Cozy and easy to use

My adult son and I were in Vail for our annual ski trip. This condo was cozy and very adequate for two adults that don't sleep in the same bed. I think this condo would work well for a couple and two children as well. My adult son used the convertible sofa and we were happily surprised when we found that the convertible sofa had a memory foam mattress that was quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, other than ice trays (so if you like ice, pick up a bag). The bus stop is about a block away and was very easy to use to get to Vail Village for skiing and for dinner. The building is a little difficult to find (even with the great directions to the parking lot) it is the building on your left as you enter the lot. In the dark, it isn't marked very well. Finally, if you and your guests (significant other/kids) have electronics perhaps bring along a power strip as outlets are at a premium, especially in the bedroom. I would stay here again.

Perfect stay near Lionshead

This stay is close enough to the Vail lifts but far enough to miss all the commotion of the skiers. Easy access to busses, but I often walked to the village. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for two!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and its location - a short drive (8 min) from Vail Village. The unit was perfect for the two of us and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area and the quiet. The fireplace provided coziness and warmth, although the furnace worked great too. As with most properties we’ve stayed in over the years, the bed was a bit soft for us, but we know most people probably prefer it that way. There was plenty of space/storage for ski gear and other clothing, which isn’t always the case. The management staff was very helpful, quick to answer questions (about the address to use for Uber pick up/drop off.) It snowed every day and almost every evening which meant walkways, steps and parking lot were snow covered every morning. It would have been nice if these areas were shoveled/plowed earlier in the day but the snow shovel by the front door meant we could at least keep the entry to our unit fairly clear. If we return to Vail (summer or winter) we would consider staying here again.

The only suggestion is that the kitchen could be a bit more stocked with pots, pans, etc. The place was great. It was well priced, clean and cozy. We will come back.

Perfect location

Parking and check in very easy , comfortable bed and furnishings, nicely stocked kitchen and the location was very convenient to access trails and entire Vail Valley and beyond. Nice to sit out and enjoy all the birds and chipmunks ! Loved our stay

Wonderful spot!

This property was perfect for my husband and me. Roomy 1-bedroom; super clean; comfortable bed; kitchen seemed well-appointed although we didn't cook; comfortable living area. It's a quick walk to the nearest bus stop, making Vail Village and Lionshead easy places to meet up with friends. We'd definitely stay here again!

My 10 days in Vail

The condo is older but very well maintained. Super clean. Renovated. Has everything and anything you need. About a 15-20 min walk to Vail Village. Also easy to use the Vail bus shuttle that’s about a 5 minute walk.

Cozy and convenient

We had a great stay at this apartment. The bed was big and soft, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom had everything we needed including a first aid kit. Host thoughtfully provided a manual key for sabbath observance. Perfect location, walking distance to Vail. We really enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains and the brook out front. Great value for the price! Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the condo. It was in the perfect location to walk into town, without being in the craziness of it all and having some seclusion. Staycation in the mountains

My wife and I spent 5 days at this property the beginning of June. The location was a nice short walk to Lionshead village and the property had everything we needed. The only issue was that when we arrived, the dishwasher had sitting water in it due to a clog in the dishwasher drain. The property manager was very responsive and had this addressed as quickly as possible. We very much enjoyed our time here and this property was clean, comfortable, and well and with everything we needed.
