  • Unique artwork lines the walls of this condo, adding to the views of the mountain and village. There's plenty of room for everyone to relax in this friendly condo, particularly if they'd like a spot around the stone gas fireplace. Step out onto the private balcony and take in the fresh air whenever the mood strikes! The loft area is perfect for guests who want to feel close to the action - a second small balcony off the loft features views of Gore Creek and ski runs. When it's time for meals, guests can cook up something delicious in the full kitchen and grill up the main course (or some tasty sides) on the balcony's private gas grill. During their stay, guests can partake in shared amenities such as three hot tubs, fitness center, and the heated outdoor pool!

    Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. On the first floor you'll find the business center, pool and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin operated washers and dryers. Off the property you'll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away for when you're not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

Another great stay at The Lion Square Lodge

This last trip was our third trip this season at The Lion Square Lodge. The service is top notch - the management and staff are very attentive and very helpful to make our stay as good as possible. We plan to come back again and again.

We have stayed in this building before, but not in this condo. This condo was much nicer than the other one we were in. We had plenty of space for our family of 6 and then my parents who decided to tag along. The location can’t be beat and the ski valet is the best especially with 7 out of 8 of us skiing and 2 teens who brought skis and boards. It was great that we didn’t have to worry about cramming all our equipment in the unit.

Awesome stay!

Cosy apartment settings with comfortable beds, TVs, access to pool, hot tub and sauna. Walking distance to Eagle Bahn Gondola, restaurants and Lionshead Village. **** *******, Guests Service Manager - went above and beyond to help us book trips and answer any questions we had. I will definitely recommend and will come back to this property in the future.

Perfect for a weekend in Vail

We love the lions head village area of Vail and we found this condo for our weekend stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s nicely updated and cozy. The master bedroom bed was SO comfortable!!! It had a box fan which was awesome; we love sleeping with a fan on. Bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoo lotion conditioner and hand soap. The deck off of the living room had a great view and there was another deck upstairs that had a nice view too. There were extra pillows and blankets which were nice to have. It’s so quick to get to the gondola, which is right out of the lobby. The trail to walk to vail Village is right out of the lobby. Walking distance to all of the restaurants we love in lions head was great. We ate at the Mexican restaurant for dinner and it’s connected to the lobby so it’s super easy to get to. Delicious margaritas and fajitas. We will save this place to our favorites because we will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a lovely place!

We had a great stay at the Lion Square. Everything was clean and location along the river could not have been better! Staff was courteous and extremely helpful! Would definitely love to visit again.

Location is prime

Lions head square amenities are the perfect way to wind down after a day on the mountain. Steps from the gondola and restaurants. The location offers something for everyone. The condo is comfortable and clean with plenty of beds. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great overall spot

Location was perfect. Everyone working there helpful and friendly, housekeeping attentive but, they need to clean under furniture as people come and go. We were 9 people and slept comfortably but you better all get along well.

Absolutely perfect location! More attention to cleanliness needs to happen. Bed was made with dirty sheets. I had to request clean sheets for the king bed and some of the dishes were placed in the cabinets with food still stuck to them. The room was really warm so we had to leave doors and windows open.

Perfect location for mountain access

This 1 bedroom unit w loft was perfect for our family of 4. As the focus of our trip was skiing, the location in bldg to elevator snd out to Eagle Bahn could not have been easier kitchen was nicely appointed. Only cons were no instructions or guide for TV in living area, tv is master bedroom did not work and master bedroom bed comforter was made up too short. Also more outlets needed for charging devices for our family of 4 snd living room could use 1 more comfy chair do all 4 can sit together.
