The place was clean and very spacious and had excellent room/bathroom ratios - we fit 8 people comfortably. Getting around was easy with the bus stop right nearby. Some areas to improve - communication was a bit slow since I didn’t use the Vacasa app and tried chatted through VRBO instead, there wasn’t a grill on the patio despite confirming with the host beforehand, and the hot tub was closed for construction which we didn’t know till after booking (it was on the listing description but not on amenity list. I thought it was an error for amenities listing, next time I’ll confirm upfront). Overall, the place worked out great for our large group and you can’t beat the price for location and accommodation size so I’d stay here again.

Disappointed

We arrived and the home was clean and plenty of room. That was the best part. No chairs or grill on the deck. Grill fine but no chairs we wanted to sit on the deck. They did eventually bring some cheap camping chairs. Lacked kitchen supplies for making meals, pool was under construction which was the reason we booked this one. When I asked if there was an alternative they said we have a great pool on site. Clearly they didn’t know it was under construction. The biggest issue was we were told we had two parking spots. We o my needed one but didn’t even get that. When I asked about it was told there is additional parking on the street and that parking was approx a half mile walk. That is where we had to park after I dropped my sleepy parents and kids off. Walking down the hill in the dark with no sidewalks. They were not helpful and I had to contact them multiple times. I was extremely disappointed. I think the bigger problem was the company running the show Vasca. They also ran our first VRBO and we have a few issues with that one as well. I have never ever in all the years of using Vrbo had this many issues or really any issues. I have never even wrote a bad review. After the first tried to give me a 45 dollar discount I did get one night refund minus fees. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. We won’t be back.

Boys Ski Trip

Group of new and old friends got together this year in Vail. The home meet our needs and expectations well and we were not disappointed. House had one parking pass included and when we called the local rep to get another they had it delivered within a couple hours

Good Location

Best part about the property is the 30 second walk to the bus with direct access to Vail Village. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a day in the slopes. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. Did not appear to have been vacuumed following the previous guests departure.

Good space adults and kids

Very clean. Great use of space. Perfect for our two families. Good location. The only drawback was a lack of dining table, but we were able to make do. And one of the queen beds was extremely firm.

Cute little condo with room for many

There were a few things that were needing attention. Kitchen faucet was loose. Pans were dirty with food residue. Screen door screen was torn. Other than those little cosmetic things that we worked around it was great. Location was good. Beds were good. Check in and out was easy. Overall I would stay again.

Wedding weekend

We traveled to Vail for a wedding and this property was perfect size for our adult family of 5. The views of Vail from the balcony and living room are breathtaking. The only downside was the kitchen. We cook a lot while on vacation and there wasn’t enough cooking utensils and pots/pans.

OK, but issues

The property was fine and the Vacasa responses were prompt, but the local support was not great. In short, when we checked in, there was no parking pass present and we did not get one until the next day. Thankfully, we were not towed, but parking is extremely limited, so I think we got lucky. The property also had several issues, limited utensils (5 forks), no measuring cups, the grill did not work, the bathroom sink was clogged, the kitchen faucet was loose/hard to use, there is no table/place to eat beyond two kitchen stools so you need to do so in your lap. They gave us utensils eventually and fixed the master bath sink, but the local staff that did so were incredibly rude and left the bathroom a mess (actually just dumped the clog in the toilet and did not flush). They did give us a small refund for the rudeness issue. Finally, small thing, but the main tv lacks a remote and is unable to connect to external devices, so if you want to stream, you have to do so via the bedroom.

Vail Spring Break

4 night stay. Property was clean. Some of the furniture was tattered. Kitchen could use some updated pots and pans. Bus stop was close by but didn’t service Lionshead lifts without a significant hike.

Great time!

Had a breeze checking in. Property was right next to bus line. Property was clean and getting in contact with property manager was super easy! Great time and would recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointed

The unit is poorly maintained and poorly represented. It does sleep 8-10 people but fails to mention the living space is tiny and there is no dining table. All meals most be taken in your lap. The location is across the highway from vail so you can’t walk to the village and it is noisy as it is right on the highway. The TV did not work when we arrived, the only lamp in the living room did not work, the handle on the master bathroom toilet is sketchy and the bathroom sink is very slow to drain.
