We stayed in apartment 109 and the experience was very disappointing.
The sound insulation is extremely poor — you can hear every step from the upstairs unit, making it impossible to rest or sleep. We barely got any rest during our vacation. This is not a minor inconvenience but a serious issue that affects the basic habitability of the apartment.
We reported the problem during our stay and were told there were no units available without neighbors above, despite the property not being full due to cancellations caused by the lack of snow. The only option offered was to move to a higher-category unit and pay the difference, which we found unacceptable given that the issue comes from the building itself.
Unacceptable for the price paid. Would not recommend.
