Great location, very convenient
5 male friends stay there. We came to ski in Vail and had everything we needed. The house is well kept, well equipped and very conveniently located right next to East Vail highway exit, so 5 min drive to Vail´s parkings.

Convenient
Very close to bus stop and about 15 minutes to Vail Transportation Center. Six friends stayed for skiing and we all had a bed although loft with 2 twins is tight plus steep ladder, but manageable. 4 bathrooms was really nice and so was hot tub! A little beat up here and there, eg carpet stained badly in one bedroom, but it was well cleaned and ultimately we liked it very much for our ski trip.

Noisy location
The location is wedged between Interstate 70 and a semi-busy neighborhood road. Very noisy. Lower bedroom is noisy because it is located under the jacuzzi, which self-cleans regularly and it makes the room very noisy to sleep during the cleaning cycle. The loft is too high up and a bit unsafe to climb. Many blinds have mechanical issues. Jacuzzi is very nice and was the highlight of the stay.

Great Location in need of some attention
Great location, less than a minute walk to the bus stop and very easy to get to from I-70. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. The living room and kitchen are perfect for 6 to 8 people to sit around and talk. We really enjoyed our time at the house. The ability to park in the garage is a great benefit for unloading and loading the car, especially when it is snowing! The hot tub takes about 24 hours to warm up, turn it on when you get there if you are going to use it. The dishwasher is dated, we wound up hand washing everything after the first two attempts with the dishwasher failed to clean the dishes. The washer and dryer are equally ineffective - the washer does not spin the water out of clothes sufficiently and they have to be wrung out before putting them in the dryer. It took 2 hours on the highest setting to dry a load of base layer clothing (3 shirt and 3 pants) The light in the master closet works sometimes and the toilet seat in the master is not attached. There is no information in the home about what to do with garbage, we did find the dumpster around back to put it in but it is not marked and not obvious. The tubs do not drain well but there is plenty of hot water! One of the windows in the basement bedroom does not close using the crank, we had to go outside and push it closed.

We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues that you encountered and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Since your stay, the toilet seat has been reattached, the lightbulb in the master closet has been replaced, the dishwasher and washer/dryer are all functioning properly and the tub now drains as it should. We are also sorry for any confusion regarding trash disposal. Garbage removal at this home is the responsibility of the tenant. There is an onsite dumpster available for guest use. Great value in Vail!
This property comfortably sleeps 8 adults, has a hot tub, and is a 30 second walk to the ski shuttle stop. What more could you need?? The Vacasa property mana fees were very responsive and helpful prior to check in. My only note is that the kitchen is not super well stocked. Definitely adequate for the ski trip staples of tacos, spaghetti, and pancakes, but I wouldn’t plan to cook any former meals here. 10/10 recommend this property if you are looking for a GREAT deal in Vail.

Great location
Great location for skiing! Shuttle access was very easy and a quick trip to the Vail ski resort. Larger space than the photos depict so that was a nice surprise! Perfect for a large family. The garage had lots of storage for skis and equipment and the kitchen had everything you need! Recommend staying here!
