We enjoyed our stay at the property - very convenient to the Vail Run bus stop, so easy to get to the mountain, which was our number one priority. Slept 6 adults very comfortably and we all loved the fireplace. Kitchen had the basics, and they even left us some hot chocolate! Watch out for the spiral stairs! Based on the way that the furniture is configured with the staircase, there is very little space to maneuver under the stairs to get back to the bedrooms, especially if you are tall. The rooms can get kind of hot at night, while the common area will stay pretty chilly, but we found some fans in the master closet, so not a big deal. Only big complaint wasn't with the property, but with the management company: we had guests arriving with a second car, and called the management company to register this car for one of the visitor spots (there were several clearly labeled in the parking garage), and they told us that we were unable to do so; however, there are signs all over the building with instructions on how to register a car, and that they are able to stay for up to 3 days! None of the spots were used during our entire 6 day stay - I think the company just didn't want to deal with the extra hassle. Also, this isn't rented out by the owner person to person, you are dealing with Vail Management Company, and once you book, they spam you with e-mails trying to get you to download their app, which is annoying. You could probably book directly with the company and bypass VRBO to save the booking fee.
