Unbeatable location. Unit is starting to show its age but is well stocked and a perfect spot for families.

Great Townhome
Great townhome with lots of space. The property actually has 4 bedrooms not 3 which is great. The only thing missing was knives for chopping and cooking. Would rent again 😊

Nice place, close to vail
Close to vail. Stay off I70!!!!! Got stuck for 3 1/2 hours only to find out Frontage road is a 5 min drive to the mountain

Run down and dark
This location is great, right on the creek, and it could be a cute place. The layout is good, and it could accommodate a larger group. But everything is just kind of dingy and gross. The carpet, the light switches, the furniture. Heat was inadequate until we burned wood fire, and it wasn't a very cold day. Living area and kitchen are really dark. We kept trying to turn the lights up. The management company was helpful - cable internet and TV were out when we were there, which was a big bummer on a football weekend, but not their fault, and the manager kept us apprised. Garage is so full of junk, we had to park in the driveway. Hot tub water was cloudy and husband took a hard pass. Overall, we would not stay again unless they do some major updating.

Dirty Hot Tub but good place and quick communication
The hot tub was unusable and you could smell it from the living room. Asked for it to be cleaned and was told it’s not their responsibility even though it’s cleaned every Thursday (the day we checked in) it had small pieces of trash floating in it, dark water, and a horrible smell. Rest of the place was great.

Thank you for your review Bennett. We are glad you enjoyed the home however, we are sorry to hear you found the hot tub to be dirty. Whereas we do not personally maintain it, we are notified by the company when it is serviced on Thursdays. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve, as guest satisfaction is our number one priority.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 6 ladies staying for a Vail PIckleball Tournament.
Great location...perfect house for 6 of us. Clean, well equipped, and had all the necessary accessories. The Hot Tub, Stream , and a glass of wine were a perfect environment to enjoy at the end of a day! We hope to return on an annual basis to compete at the Vail PB Tournament.!
