"We like a lot every detail of the hotel, the board games, s'mores, even the restrooms in the lobby!, the service, the parking lot, and more. the only one thing that we think needs to improve is the cleaning of the room, sometimes our bed was poorly made, and the toilet wasn't fully clean, we were four persons, and always they only leave us two towels,other than that everything was perfect, we love our stay, and definitely we will return, thank you "

"To whom it my concern, I had a very pleasant stay at Keystone. The Condo at the Silver Mill Condo complex met all my needs. Being close to the lifts was a plus. Being able to walk a short distance made it easy for me to access the gondola and chair lift. I found the manager of the Silver Mill Complex to be very helpful. I look forward to booking the same Condo next year. Russell Martin"

"Great place and location! Finding the lodge was challenging - Google maps doesn't like the address, so directions should indicate Keystone Resort. Also, there were no instructions on how to get in the building (during off-season) or the location of the garage. The elevator from the garage isn't working and supposedly hasn't worked for a year. "

"The location was perfect. The apartment was clean. A couple bits of feedback: there is no screen in the only window and this could be a hazard for small children. The sliding door does not have a bottom railing and this could also be dangerous / easily broken. The toilet ran, there was no enough hot water for a bath for my child. The fridge had a terrible smell. We woke up to dog waste on the front mat the first day. Also and this could just be a picky person speaking - the first aid kit was...

"Hallways and entrance could be spruced up a bit. The unit was nice and clean. Host was good, but didn’t respond when we had a parking question the night of our last stay. Would’ve added peace of mind to hear from him. The location to downtown and in town hiking was fantastic. We very much enjoyed our stay."
