Building Amenities
The Vail International building offers an amazing array of amenities to enhance your stay. A spacious outdoor area beckons with a heated swimming pool, a large hot tub, and two gas grills, all with stunning views of Vail Mountain. This area is private to the Vail International building and a great location to grill and relax. Inside, there are men's and women's steam rooms to enjoy. Please note the pool closes in the spring and fall but is open all summer and winter. The hot tub is available year-round.
Inside, unwind in the steam rooms or break a sweat in the well-equipped fitness room, featuring a Peloton bike, treadmill, and free weights....although most guests manage to get a great workout skiing, hiking, biking and even rafting!

Inside our 2-bedroom condo, you'll find all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the cozy living room with a TV and fireplace, and savor your meals at the dining table. The large glass doors provide a captivating backdrop of Vail Mountain, whether you're inside or out on the private balcony.
With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, private balcony with Vail mountain views and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a twin over queen bed, floor to ceiling window with, you guessed it - Vail Mountain Views, and access to another full bathroom located in the hallway. For larger groups, a comfortable new queen-sized sleeper sofa bed ensures a peaceful night's rest.
Although there is no in-unit laundry, the building has coin operated washers and dryers available.

Rental Agreement
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
Check In Instructions:
Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.

Nice location and unit with a couple of issues
We combined a summer wedding at Vail with a family vacation so were there for 8 days. We have stayed at Vail International before, so knew the basic layout of the units. We had a couple of issue that made this stay less then perfect. 1. The shower in the second bath leaked. 2. The door leading from the master bath has towel racks, the lower of which fell of constantly and was in a terrible spot, so it was easy to hit your arm on it when exiting. My husband has a very bruised arm. 3. The master bedroom has a dresser at the end of the bed. the space between the end of the bed and the dresser is so narrow that you have to walk sideways to get through. I'm a small woman (less than 110 lbs) and bumped my legs on the bedframe or dresser knobs numerous times.Otherwise, the until was well appointed and looked as expected. It would have been FAR more convenient to have a washer and Dryer in the unit, since the space and plumbing are there. Not having a washer when there is no towel service is a problem. It would definately not be a unit we would rent for skiing, as we wash daily. Bottom line, if you want to rent a nicely appointed unit without a washer/dryer and given that the issues mentioned were repaired, I would recommend this unit to others.
