Tom, thank you for sharing your feedback, we're sorry that there were aspects of our home that didn't meet your expectations. We shared your comments with the local team who assured us that they will inspect the pots and pans and make updates as needed. Additionally, the towel bar has been reinstalled, the toilet seat addressed and the water checked to make sure it's not running.
