Great Spot
The condo had a surprising amount of space with large bedrooms and loft areas that had plenty of room for sleep. Host was helpful with easy check out instructions. Only (and very minor) critique around checkin and it felt like the cleaning had not been completed (dishwasher was full, a few things seemed out of place or not stocked like towels). Nothing that made the stay worse or a problem (and hence overall rating). We would definitely love to stay again!

The prior guest checked out the morning of your arrival and our housekeeping staff did everything that they could to get the unit ready for you, but the dishwasher cycle went longer than expected. With towels, our policy is to have them on every rack in the bathrooms. If you need more during your stay, please stop by the front desk. Great place - awesome location
Property is right between Vail Village and Lions Head - making both a short walk. The condo has a strange layout, but comfortably slept the 4 couples in our group. I would definitely stay here again. The spiral staircase and ladder-access to a couple of the bedrooms would make those spaces difficult for older folks - but we thought they gave the place character and made it fun.

Perfect for our family getaway!
Mike’s condo is in the perfect location, we walked everywhere. The home was just lovely and was wonderful for three moms who brought their four teenage daughters they slept In the upstairs bedroom and loft area and they loved the privacy they had. We cooked dinner both nights and played lots of games so the table is perfect for big gatherings. I highly recommend Mike’s place we had a great time.

Wedding weekend
The exterior property was under construction when we went so the outside was not very attractive. It looked run down. So it caught us off guard since it was not mentioned. But it was a comfortable stay and the condo was accommodating. One of the queen mattresses needs an upgrade. The view was beautiful too. Curious to see how they renovate the exterior of the building. We enjoyed our stay . Thankyou

Vail wedding
We stayed here for a family wedding last week. It was pleasant. The only thing I we didn’t enjoy was the construction that was happening on the building. So the outside looked rather disheveled. I wish I would have known prior to the stay. Also there were no paper towels and clean sponges in the kitchen. Other than that it was fine.

Great Location
We rented this condo for a family ski trip and it met all our needs. Great Location with a quick walk to the lifts. We had to do some additional cleaning upon arrival, unload the the dishwasher, extra cleaning in the bathrooms, but no big deal. Property management was friendly and responsive as well.

Plenty of space but photos need to be updated
We had more than enough room in this “3 bedroom/3 bath unit.” This was actually a 3 bedroom 2 lofts and 4 baths. Lots of privacy to spread out. A few pics were misleading as far as kitchen bar stools. There weren’t any. The elevator for our unit broke after the first day so we were hauling skis up three flights of stairs for the next five days- not fun! Our unit was updated and comfortable but the main living room TV was quite small where as the TV in master on the first floor was enormous!!! Kitchen comes with a few cooking essentials, which I appreciate! There are two separate living room spaces w/ 2 fire places so everyone could spread out. There are alot of stairs in the unit if not staying on the main floor. All in, we had an amazing time with gorgeous weather. Great location, short walk to Lionshead gondola or a shuttle bus to Vail base. Would stay again!

Exceeded expectations on all accounts
I will definitely stay here again. The condo had everything we needed, lots of room, good kitchen, plenty of beds & bathrooms, and more. The front desk staff was exceptional as well.

Great Stay
This property is closer to Lionshead than Vail but a short walk (or quick bus ride) to each. It has a lot of rooms and many beds, but the rooms are fairly small, including the family room and kitchen. My family was disappointed with the size of the TV in the family room as we stayed over Thanksgiving and wanted to watch football. However, we cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen, which despite its small size is well equipped. I would highly recommend this property to a large group or family with children who don’t plan to spend much time inside but want a reasonably priced property with easy access to Vail and Lionshead. Property manager was very responsive and great to work with.

Lots of space
The property was huge! Everyone in our large group had great accommodations, which is a rare find in the area. And the location is great, within walking distance to both Lionshead and Vail Village. Would definitely recommend :)

Perfect for Families
We were very happy with our stay at this property! There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group and there was more than enough space. The room that has the king bed is like a unit of its own that has a separate entrance which was nice when trying to sneak out for an early workout and not having to wake up those sleeping downstairs. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location is ideal! We could easily walk to both Vail Village and Lionshead Village without complaint from the young kids in our group. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun for the kids and adults. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location!
Really enjoyed the ease of walking everywhere from this condo. Also, amazing use of space. So many beds! The teens loved having their own space. Slight musty smell, but overall a great place.

Perfect Vail Vacation
My family has stayed in many condos around Vail, Breck and Keystone, but this place trumps them all. We will be planning our future trips around the availability of this listing. So spacious and the perfect location. Property manager answered all our questions within a few minutes

Great vacation
It was amazing. Lots of space, great location, great extra touches (fireplaces, robes, slippers, pool towels). Very short walk to ski lift and walked around Vail easily.

Cute place with a lot of space and good location
Had a great thanksgiving here! About a 4 minute walk to Lionshead Village and maybe 10 min to Vail Village. Super close to both. There are so many more beds than we needed, which would be great for families/large groups. (3 bedrooms, 2 with lofts with more beds). Lastly, beautiful view of the mountain!

great location--lots of space
this exrtemely clean condo unit is conveniently located near the lionshead lift-it is also onthe bus line to get into the vail village it is uniquely set up with two lofts that add great flexibility in the number of people who can sleep comfortably in the unit the international has a great hot tub and pool also--overall terrific

plenty of space for this very comfortable condo, located between lionshead and vail village
Though the condo is a bit dated, it has an old school charm to it. The kitchen has been updated and it has a Washer and dryer in condo. But we go because of its location: a short walk to lionshead Gondola and easy walking distance to vail village. Kids can come and go at their leisure. One of the best hot tubs in Vail, nice pool, and one of the few condo buildings with a nice steam room. Don and the rest of the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. We were 7, but condo could easily accommodate 10 people. Nice view of the mountain too. Right behind Dobson ice rink where you can catch a semi-pro hockey game on Friday or Saturday night (a great experience!). Town bus stops at Dobson too. Next door is the Evergreen which has one of the few bars left where you can hang out with people who live and/or work in and around Vail. For me it's the perfect place to stay, especially if you want to walk everywhere. I give it a 9 out 10 just because it's a bit dated. But an overall great place to stay in Vail.

Thank you for your feedback on unit 303 at Vail International. While this unit does not have air conditioning, fans are available at the front desk. You were here during one of the hottest weeks of this summer. Our maintenance and housekeeping department is looking into the issue with the carpets. Hopefully the photos on the VRBO listing were representative of of the furnishings in the unit.
