It's a 10 point straight shot!
The property was clean, well managed, professionally organized, and stocked with anything/everything I needed. The best part was that it was a short, straight shot from the condo, through Lionshead, to the lifts! And you could rent, shop, and eat along the way! It was a great venue and I plan to come back.

Very nice and clean. Affordable, compared with other Vail options. Great location. Only issue was the shower did not drain well. Be aware there is no A/C so windows and doors must be open to remain cool, and I-70 is very close if you're sensitive to traffic noise. Overall a very good experience with no regrets and I would stay here again, as well as recommend to others.

The Vantage Condo
Great location for hockey camp at Dobson. You do get significant highway noise from the frontage road and I70 in the summer with the windows open. There are restaurants and a really nice grocery store within walking distance, as well as access to the bike path/trail that goes along the river.

5 min walk to gondola.
The condo is directly across the street from the public(-paid) lionshead parking. The condo has everything you need and was the perfect size for the 2 of us. You could put a 3rd on the couch but it’s tight. Even though there is only a 1/2 size fridge there is a full set of kitchen ware, dishes, pots n pans, etc. even a outdoor grill on the deck. Super clean! Everyone was really friendly and helped with anything we needed. I’d recommend this place!

Great location and condo!
The perfect getaway spot! I had a work conference about 10 min walk away, however this was a closer walk to the gondola. Would absolutely stay again!

Long Holiday Weekend
We have been to Vail many times and stayed at different condos in this same complex. This one is only a one bedroom and it was tight, but for the amount of time we spent in it just fine. The fridge was tiny, but we managed to fit everything. It is a weird entrance with one door opening to two. The other door belongs to an owner who was not careful with their dog who almost attacked my children. Thankfully, no one was harmed. Talked to the on site manager Mo who said he would straighten it out. Mo is wonderful!

Walkable Fun
My husband and I spent 5 nights here and loved it. Upon a arrival the coffee carafe was missing and the property manager responded quickly - had one delivered the following day. This location is an easy two min walk to Eagle Bahn gondola. There are great places to walk to go drinks and food in Lionshead. The walk to Vail Village and quick and simple. The Lionshead market for groceries is a min away and has everything you could need. Wish we could’ve used the ski lockers in the garage but skis easily fit on the balcony. Kitchen had plenty of pans, utensils and plates. The microwave has a bake/convection option too.

Perfect little spot at Lionshead Village
Easy transaction. Met our needs perfectly. My wife and I stayed in the sizable bedroom. One of our friends drove up from Boulder to ski with us and slept on the pull out couch in the living room. He is quite tall and said that it was way more comfortable than you’d think! Used the living room fireplace to warm up, escape a chill, dry out our boots, and for ambiance. The kitchen is functional. We made breakfast each day there. We hit the slopes by 8:30a. Easy 5-10 min walk down to the Gondola. The community hot tub was right out our front door. Definitely used to rest our weary ski muscles. And lots of cool people to meet along the way there too. Highly recommend. Good bang for the buck unit!

Great off-season stay
We sexy to come to Vail off season and were right on target with this property. It is right outside the Lionhead Village area close to all the trails and amenities needed. The property was as described and was economical given the time of year.

Location - good, walking distance to gondola and restaurants. Beds (sofa and bedroom) - firm (we didn't prefer this but some people do) Shower - water pressure good, water warms quickly. No TV in the bedroom Extra blankets, heater, and fans provided. This condo has a shared entry, it was a bit confusing at first but we figured it out.

Comfy and cozy little place
We have enjoyed staying at this property for a couple days - it's very clean, cozy, well stocked and the building itself is quite nice. Free parking is a great bonus as parking at Vail could be a struggle to find. The pool at the building was warm and clean and kids loved to play there. The building is 3 minutes away from gondola and 1 minute away from a free bus to another side of town. We loved the place and would come again, if opportunity presents. The only word of warning - the unit faces the road and is very close to highway, so the car noise is constant. If you have trouble sleeping, you might be bothered by it - we weren't.

Great Place to Stay
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property managers were very helpful and kind. We loved the pool and hot tubs. The shops and restaurants nearby were wonderful and a gray place to take the kids.

Very comfortable condo, nicely decorated. Extremely convenient to Lionshead and the gondola. All arrangements went very smoothly. Would recommend staying here for a party of 2 adults!

4 Days in Vail
I have stayed in Vail many times. Grest location for the price. Short 2-3 min walk to Lionshead gondola or lift. Property is exactly as described and pics are spot on. Plenty of cooking gear, and always nice to have a humidifier for those of us not used to the drier air.

Annual family Vail trip
Great location! Unit is very small, but we didn’t spend a lot of time there, so it worked. One odd thing: there was an empty, unplugged refrigerator in the middle of the living room when we arrived! We just moved it to the side, but, as I said, the place is tiny, so the extra fridge didn’t help!

Nice location close to Gondola- under building parking.
This condo was nice and clean. It has all the essentials. I was able to cook a few meals. Fridge is small but big enough for 2 people. It is only 5 mins to gondola. There is grocery stores in Edwards only 5-10 mins by car. There is bus service too. The only little complaint is, the place smelled a little musty. But after we aired out and cooked in there it was better. A big plus is the Humidifier available to use. It is a small place but it was sufficient space for 2 people. Would be ok for a couple with a child too. Parking was very convenient.

Great location.
Small, but perfect location to ski at Vail. Located at the beginning of Lion's Head Village. We did not need to communicate with the property manager. Everything by email, that's why rated 3. I would stay there again.

Nice condo for 2!
Very nice condo for 2 within reasonable walking distance of the gondola in Lionshead. There is a sleeper couch, however, I feel that 4 adults in this unit would feel a bit cramped. It's very quiet!

The unit was perfectly suited for my circumstances. It was very clean and close to the Chair lifts and gondola. The kitchen faucet was leaking but upon notification was promptly replaced. Also an issue which I left a voicemail for was the light above the entry door outside of the vestibule and the light inside the vestibule above the 209 door we’re both out. Difficult to key in the entry code without a flashlight. I’m sure this will be fixed quickly.

The property had a good location but I had a problem with the TV and the gas grill. The grill was a real problem causing a change in plans for the evening and the next day fixing of the grill was not done correctly making our meal a second night a problem.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We apologize that you had a problem with the bbq. You contacted us in the evening and we sent someone out first thing in the morning to repair. Unfortunately, it needed a replacement part that was not available and so it took a few days to repair. We do hope we have the opportunity of hosting you again in the future.

Small, but cute and clean
Very clean, well equipped kitchen, new carpet, comfy sofa and chair. The property is so close to the highway, we couldn’t leave the window or slider open at night to cool the condo because of the noise. Wouldn’t be an issue during ski season. Suggestions to make it even better: -screen door on the slider so it can be opened in the evening to help with cooling -seating for the balcony -more hangers. There were only 10 provided for 2 people staying 7 days

Great condo in the perfect location!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great little condo! It is the perfect size for two people and couldn’t be more convenient to Lionshead Village. The management company was very communicative and super easy to work with. We will definitely check availability here for our next trip to Vail.

we really enjoyed the fall colors. The location was perfect to walk or catch the bus to Vail VIllag
I was quite concerned when we got to the property it seemed quite run down. The condos you walk by getting to ours had broken screens, doors broken at the bottom so hard to close and some of the neighbors blinds were in shreds. Not a good feeling coming & going from the condo. The condo we stayed in was quite nice once you got into it. Although I couldn't sleep my nose was so stopped up. It was either so dry or it seemed like mold but I know that wasn't possible. I found a service man to clean the dirty humidifier and ran it non stop day & night. But, it didn't seem to stop the problem. I was fine all day long we would come back to the condo and my husband & I both were stopped up me especially. It had a small refrigerator but for the two of us just fixing breakfast it was fine. The bathroom was so small it was very difficult to get in and be able to close the door. It only had a queen size bed. I would not suggest the condo for 4 people it was tight for 2 of us. No hooks to hang coats on in the winter im not sure how skiers would do with all the hats, gloves & coats. No room! The pool and hot tub were not usable covered in leaves & dirt. My husband did not do well in the high elevation and we had to leave 2 days early. There was no compensation for that. We will probably never go back especially to this location.

The location was ideal - close to restaurants, shopping and activities. The grounds were very well maintained. With the exception of the grill and fan which did not work we enjoyed our stay. I would also recommend a few updates such as removing the artificial flowers.

Beaver Village is a great home base to enjoy Winter Park
We loved the location. Trails that connect to WP were right outside the condo. The condo was well equipped with things you may need in the kitchen, pillows, towels, etc.. If I had to say anything about improvement, the mattress in the master bedroom could be updated. Our family enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean, warm and ready for our arrival. My wife was very pleased with how well equipped the kitchenette was, the storage space in room was also great, location the best, everything worked. The building managers Dawn and Moe on top of everything. In short, the experience we had with the property, the management company Berkshire, the town, was unique and positive. We will look for it again!

Cozy and sufficient
It's an incredible INCREDIBLE location. The place itself was very cozy and served it's purpose. It's a convenient walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola for skiing and a short 1-2 minute walk to the local market. I stayed 7 nights and honestly wished for staying that length of time that it would have been included in the stay that fresh towels and at least a change in fresh linens would have been offered. It wasn't a deal breaker just a desired wish. Hot tub was hot and amazing to enjoy after a long day of skiing. Thanks for the cozy condo feel!

The unit was clean, comfortable, and ideally located
Although the unit is small it is more than enough space for two. The location is great and the unit is well maintained and very clean. The water heater could be slightly bigger, as is we sometimes had to cut showers shorter and pause between showers.
