"Perhaps by Goan standards this place is good, but despite its picture-postcard setting, I think it’s over-priced and lacking basic facilities. My room was lacking some obvious amenities including a fridge, bath mat, hair dryer, tissues, phone. All pretty standard for a “3+ star” hotel, even in India, no? "The staff here were fantastic, Its a new property so it looks great. Dining was good - we only tried the breakfast and dinner buffets - but plenty of choice. They assisted us with early check in and helped us with organising transportation. "

"The reception desk is the worst I have experienced so far. Not only they are unable to help, but they will not make any effort to facilitate your stay in Goa. Luckily the staff for the rooms and restaurant tries to compensate."
