El hotel es nuevo, sus habitaciones amplias y confortables y su personal sumamente atento; pero lamentablemente es imposible estar en verano. Si bien dice que tiene aire acondicionado, la realidad es que NO funciona. O bien el equipo es extremadamente pequeño, lo que es igual a nada, o simplemente es ventilación. La temperatura de la habitación no baja los 26 grados Celsius lo que torna imposible el descanso cuando afuera hace 31 grados. Tampoco hay aire en el lugar de desayuno. La manager explicó que solo esas temperaturas se dan 3 semanas en el año, pero eso no es argumento cuando uno paga la tarifa que se pide, que no es menor. En fin el hotel no cuenta con servicios adecuados para esas 3 semanas; lo que es una verdadera pena.

The hotel is well situated on Städle, with most of the main sights within a few minutes walk. The rooms are a decent size, the staff friendly, and breakfast excellent. However, the lack of any kind of air-conditioning makes the rooms intolerably hot and stuffy, and sleeping very, very difficult.

This was a second choice as the place I stayed last time was fully booked. It was fine, very central. Cosy, but a bit dated. The main drawback (in July) was no air conditioning, just a portable fan. Limited breakfast. Good parking for a low/wide car.

Dear GuestWe thank you for your review. By law we are not allowed to have air conditioning. We use in our country the allowed installment of a special green footprinting wall cooling sytem. Next time we recommend to book a higher category in Central, it is our new part and perfect for ac affine guests, while we are using there a wall cooling sytem of the new generation. Hotel elegante con stanze molto ampie e confortevoli. Nota di merito per il letto che assicura un sonno perfetto. La posizione è ottima e il parcheggio dedicato è un plus assoluto. Colazione impeccabile. Direi che è la miglior soluzione per chi pernotta a Vaduz

Et fantastisk hotell i et lite land. Rommet vi fikk var stort og fint, med utsikt over byen. Meget sentralt beliggende. Restauranten var meget bra og frokosten var en drøm, også for allergikere! Var veldig imponert! Anbefales på det varmeste!

Great hotel in a great location.
We enjoyed our stay in Liechtenstein. The hotel was in a great location, safe, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we usually had a glass of wine in the restaurant at the end of our day. Room was comfortable, but a little too hot, we just opened the window to cool it down. I would highly recommend this hotel.

RESIDENCE HOTEL IS AN EXCELLENT CHOICE
Residence Hotel is a perfect choice for visiting Vaduz. It is centrally located, fronting on the main pedestrian street. We had booked a superior room, but were upgraded to the “Prince Maximillian Suite”, so can’t rate the room we booked. However, our suite was superb. It was very modern, well appointed, clean, and spacious. The bathroom was very roomy, with all the amenities one would expect. If we visit Vaduz again, we would definitely stay at the Residence Hotel.

Un beau et élégant séjour
