Dear Alex, We are thankful for your kind words. Many guests have the same response about the views and the floor to ceiling view from inside the home. We do our best to ensure our place is always spotless and we agree, our beds are super comfy and our linens 1500 thread count. Hope you guys enjoyed the pizza oven and the billiard table. I believe our place is unique because of the location, the house itself with all its features and also the opportunity to experience wildlife up close and personal. Thanks for the review. The fridge/freezer is less than a year old and is a 320 litre capacity. Sorry that you felt it wasn't big enough. We've never had anyone ever mention it before. We will take your comments on board and purchase a bar fridge for the games room that will give more room for food. Regards Janine

Dear John, Thanks for your review. I am a little disappointed you gave us four stars as it definitely affects our ratings and the 'bitter' issue of power outage was totally out of our control. And as I mentioned to you, we offered you a return visit with a third night complimentary as well as an early check in and a late check out up to 5pm if you returned to recompense your inconvenience even though we had no control over it. Thanks for your other lovely comments as I know we try and make Valley View one of the most stunning places to visit and our offer to you is worth hundreds of dollars at our loss.
