It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 50 m². The property offers unobstructed views from the south-facing terrace and garden. The terrace is well shaded in summer thanks to a magnificent wisteria. Situated in a secure residential complex, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the Place aux Herbes.

The property is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with a TV, sofa and open fire (wood not provided)...

- Bedrooms 2 and 3: each with two single beds
- Two shower rooms with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

- Avignon with the Palais des Papes, its theatre festival in July and its charming town
- 50 km away lies the magnificent city of Arles, with its amphitheatre, ancient theatre and Van Gogh Museum. All around lies the Camargue, the salt marshes and the flamingos
- 80 km away are the coast, La Grande-Motte and Le Grau-du-Roi.
