"温泉が素晴らしい。とろとろでツルツル！ そして、貸し切り風呂が、無料で予約なしで空いていればいつでも入れるし、3つあり、今空いているのかが、部屋のテレビでわかる。大浴場の混み具合も部屋のテレビでわかる。30分は短いかなと思ったが、みんなが入れるような素晴らしいシステム。 イタリアンのフルコースディナーも、とても美味しかったし、スタッフのサービスもとてもよかった。 朝食の種類も素晴らしく多いしおいしかった。 唯一の難点は、枕が固すぎた。 あとは素晴らしかったので、もし次に来ても、必ずここを選びます。"

"There is no air con in the bed room. Only available in the living room. Too many rules of stay. Most of all, it is fine to stay there."

"Spacious and very close to slopes. Tucked away at edge of Kitanomine side which made it quiet and easy to park. Kitchen had everything we needed, and there was washer/dryer. English directions for how to use everything. Would definitely stay again!"
