"We stayed only one night, and overall the hotel made a very good impression. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The included breakfast was great, and the staff was exceptional—very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. However, we had a significant issue with our room. We booked a room with two beds and a sofa bed, as there were five of us and we needed the extra sleeping space. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was unusable. The mattress was in very poor condition—you could clearly feel the internal springs, making it extremely uncomfortable and impossible to use. It’s a shame, because everything else was excellent. This is an important detail to improve, especially for guests booking this type of room for the additional capacity."
