This apartment is on the 4th (top) floor of a building very centrally located in Ushuaia. You can walk everywhere. 1/2 block to the harbourfront, 1/2 block to St. Martin street. There is an open kitchen/dining/living room on the main floor with floor to ceiling windows, and a bedroom with 3 beds (or 1 single and 1 double) on the 2nd floor where the bathroom is. Beds were very comfortable. The very best part is the HUGE patio with a wonderful view of the harbour, and if you are up early enough, the sunrise. We didn't cook, but used the fridge, toaster, coffee maker and kettle for breakfast prep. If you are a light sleeper, you might want earplugs, as the nightlife in the area can go on to the wee hours. The rep who met us at the apartment was very sweet, and although my spanish and her english were both very limited, we managed to communicate well. There is a grocery store two blocks up the hill, which also has a good selection of wine. Tour operators will pick you up at the apartment if you give them the address. There is underground parking for the building, but we did not have a car, so didn't require it.

Great location. Easy walk to center area without being in the middle of the chaos. Andrea was easy going and check-in was a breeze. We stayed at this property for the Ushuia by UTMB trail race, and we liked this better than staying at the race sponsored hotels. A lot more quiet/less hectic than sharing hotels with other athletes. Having a kitchen was a huge advantage and helped us the morning of the event. The bib pick up and bus pick up was only two blocks away. Would definitely repeat.

A great place to stay, central location
Very nice location, with great views of the harbor and mountains from a very large terrace. There is a washing machine in the building that guests can use free of charge. No dryer, but there is rack inside the apartment to dry clothes. It is a split-level apartment with living room and kitchen in the first floor and bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Views from both levels, even from the bathroom. Kitchen fully equipped and there is a supermarket a few blocks from the building as well as many places to eat out. There is a bank with ATMs next to the building. Very convenient location. The only negative is that we had loud neighbors, but we were there during the New Year celebrations.
