A cozy apartment perfect for two people, located right in the city center (ZTL) in a historic 16th-century building on Contrada Valbona, on the street (Via Mazzini) that leads to the city’s main square. The apartment enjoys an enviable location in a lively neighborhood equipped with all essential amenities, and overlooks the beautiful streets of the historic center. It’s perfect for experiencing and soaking up the atmosphere of Renaissance-era Urbino within its ancient and picturesque alleyways.



The 40-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator: you’ll need to climb the stairs to access it. Please note that there are also two steps inside, at the entrance to the apartment.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, and electric toaster oven

- Living area with a sofa, dining table, and TV

- Bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, and a desk

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and bathtub with shower



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating with boiler, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Urbino, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 13 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Urbino Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.

Known as the “Ideal City,” Urbino is one of Italy’s most important Renaissance centers and has been designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Home to illustrious figures such as Raphael Sanzio, Piero della Francesca, and Federico da Montefeltro, it is the ideal destination for immersing yourself in an atmosphere rich in history, art, and culture. There are countless monuments and points of interest: the Church of San Francesco, built in the 14th century; the Ducal Palace; and the Oratory of San Giuseppe, which houses works of great renown—to name just a few. Also not to be missed is a visit to the gardens of Piazzale Roma, where you can admire a picturesque view and the bronze statue dedicated to Raphael, as well as the artist’s birthplace, which today houses the Raphael Museum and Academy.

The apartment is located right in the city center, in a perfect spot for exploring the city on foot. All essential amenities are right at your doorstep: a café, supermarket, and pharmacy are all within 250 meters.



- From Rimini Airport: You can reach the apartment by taking a regional train to Pesaro and then the LV bus line, which terminates at Di Vittorio 1, 500 meters from the apartment.



- From Urbino Station: You can reach the apartment on foot in just a few minutes (150 meters).



- If traveling by car: PLEASE NOTE, the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). You can park your car for a fee in Piazza del Mercatale, 100 meters from the apartment.
