"Pretty much as expected. A nice place for a bachelor. Suggestions for the host: install grab bars in the shower, leave some kind of instructions for the TV, broom to sweep the deck. Tips for guests: bring a full size bar of soap and bottled water for coffee."

"This home is spacious while being very welcoming. We gathered friends and family to celebrate our daughter's graduation.
