"It was such a nice and pretty hotel in an incredible location, I ended up extending my stay five days longer that planned The receptionists, the housekeeping team , the restaurant staff were all so helpful . The pool and sauna were nice and most of al the access to the trains and buses to explore the whole area . Bad Ischl was the perfect base . "The hotel is in a lovely spot. We booked a room with the mountain view but enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake while eating a delicious breakfast. You could describe the room as modern classy, comfortable bed, nice lighting gadgets and a spacious shower. The staff was incredibly friendly during our check in and check out. We even got a small gift for our departure. While we did not use it, there is also a Tesla destination charger. Overall, highly recommend the hotel! "
